What we collect
Trade briefs submitted through this site: company, contact name, business email, phone, source market, client nationality, travel dates, group size, hotel level, requirements and your notes. With each brief we also record the country your request came from, your IP address and browser type, to filter spam. For confirmed bookings, we receive the traveller information your agency provides for operating the itinerary.
How we use it
Solely to quote and operate travel arrangements and to answer your enquiry. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or contact your clients directly.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers delivering the booked services, and only the fields each supplier needs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes each request and stores submitted briefs; brief notifications are sent by email to our trade inbox.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages agents use. It only loads if you accept it on the consent bar; until then no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Declining changes nothing about how the site works. We run no advertising, so advertising and personalisation storage stay off whatever you choose.
If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the referring site. It does not receive anything you type into the brief form. Google LLC processes this data on our behalf under Google's privacy policy, and it is deleted after 14 months.
Withdrawing consent
Use the Cookie settings button in the footer of any page. It clears your choice and asks again. Your answer is remembered for 12 months.
Retention
Enquiry data that does not become a booking is deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept as long as tax and travel-industry rules require, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing b2b@vbdmc.com.
